Brodie's theme is pattern, he wants to explore pattern using retro and classic influences. Looking at the strong design of a classic race car. He sees lots of emotion, proportion and style looking at these machines. This has made him think about taking these classic and evocative shaped tools and using them as a canvas and subject to put my patterns onto. The idea is to create something that shows aesthetics in design and art together. Techniques and processes he intends to use will be printing, casting and or wood.
